our Workout can be intimidating or scary but it is actually super fun! HIIT or fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by professional fitness trainers designed to help you build functional strength and fitness. Our training is designed according to the individual’s fitness level. Most of the time our workouts will be using our own body weight, so exercises like push-ups, lunges, and harder exercises like explosive jacks or squats jumps are forms of exercises that will be involved in our HIIT workouts. MetaFit is the original 30 minutes, non-choreographed, bodyweight-only HITT workout with over 100,000 coaches teaching worldwide. There is no need for equipment and choreography but a little space for a workout that gets you amazing results in just 30 minutes. To change your shape, you must first change your metabolism. We will be using equipment such as Kettle Bell, Suspension Training (TRX), Medicine & Slamball, Battle ropes, Power bags, Resistance band not only to gain strength and endurance but will also increase your mobility and core strength. We don’t just correct your technique or motivate you but all the exercises and workout routine will be design by us so that you will get the most efficient workout each time you come in! When we are both your trainers and sports massage we know what you need to improve on or take a step back to help or to prevent you from getting any injuries, we also will provide and guide you with exercises that would help to strengthen the specific muscles or area that you need to work on. Other than that it will also be great to get a full-body or sports massage on a fortnight or every month to help you with your recovery so that you will always be in top form! METAPRO SAQ SAQ simply means Speed Agility Quickness, this training will equip and train your endurance, speed, how fast you move from one point to another, basically, you want to train to be fast and quick! On top of the different workouts, we also do run obstacle training for spartan enthusiasts and also kickboxing for those who want to learn a dab of self-defense and get your calories to skyrocket throughout. As for therapy, we do sports massage and deep tissue massage, if you have tightness in your body, and you want to recover quicker, the best way to do it is through myofascial release, and that would help a lot and be quicker for you to get back to training. And if you find that massage for you is not enough and you need specific recovery, we can help you with joint mobility and articulation, we will focus on a specific muscle or area or movement that you’re having restriction, and will try our best to help you to recover as much as we can! We also have physiotherapists that we can refer to or recommend! Lastly not to forget we have classes for kids such as motor skills development, learn to cycle, skate, fun and games!
