By accessing or using LessonPlan (operated by Lesson Plan Pte. Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The service

LessonPlan is a marketplace that connects parents with schools, educators and enrichment centres. We facilitate discovery, bookings and payments, but the classes themselves are provided by the listed schools and educators.

2. Bookings & trials

Free trials and enrolments are subject to the availability and terms set by each school. Confirmation of a booking is confirmation of a request; the school remains responsible for delivering the class.

3. Payments

Where payments are processed through LessonPlan, we act as an intermediary between you and the school. Fees, refunds and cancellations are handled in line with the school's stated policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Liability

LessonPlan is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of schools or educators, or for outcomes of classes booked through the platform.
